At The Family Studio, we prioritize your privacy. When you book our services or reach out to us, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment details. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. We appreciate your trust in The Family Studio for capturing your special moments.

Rental time begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time, regardless of arrival. Arrive and leave promptly to avoid overlapping with other bookings.

Exceeding the scheduled booking time will result in additional charges. Any extension of the rental period must be requested in advance and is subject to approval. Additional time will be billed at a rate of $70 per hour. If the studio is not vacated within 10 minutes after the booking ends, a $70 fee will be applied.

Keep the space clean and return all equipment and furniture to their original locations. Light snacks and drinks are allowed, but must be kept away from equipment. Dispose of trash properly and report any damages immediately. Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the booking will receive a full refund. If canceled after the 72 hours of scheduled session, only 30% of the payment will be refunded.

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking with at least 48 hours notice.

Rental includes access to studio lighting, backdrops, and select props. Any additional equipment must be requested in advance and may incur extra fees.

The renter is responsible for any damages to the studio, equipment, or property. The studio is not liable for any injuries or lost/stolen personal items. A maximum number of guests (typically 6-10) is allowed per session.  Additional guests may require prior approval and an extra fee.
