To ensure your session is not canceled, please arrive no later than 30 minutes after your scheduled time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and no credit will be applied.

To receive full credit for your rescheduled session, please provide a notice at least 24 hours in advance. If notice is given after the 24 hour window, your deposit will not be transferable, and a new deposit will be required.

To receive full credit for future services, clients must cancel their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations. In the event of a no call, no show, the deposit or full payment will be nonrefundable. We kindly request that you maintain open communication to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.  Thank you for your understanding!
